Remote Technical Interviewer
We are seeking a skilled Remote Technical Interviewer to conduct structured interviews with candidates. As an interviewer, you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct online technical interviews across various technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, unbiased, and detailed assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in one or more of the following domains:
* Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices)
* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading)
* JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN)
You should also possess strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns, as well as excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
