Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced video editor to craft compelling direct response content for our DTC fragrance brand.
This role involves editing reaction videos, testimonials, and ads that drive conversions across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Editing 10-15 user-generated content videos per week from raw creator footage.
* Developing engaging hooks and maintaining viewer interest throughout videos.
* Adding motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects.
* Optimizing videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
* Collaborating with the creative team on video concepts and improvements.
* Maintaining brand consistency across all content.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of video editing experience.
* A portfolio demonstrating UGC and direct-response video work.
* Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
* Motion graphics skills (After Effects preferred).
* Understanding of social media algorithms and video optimization.
* Fast turnaround times while maintaining quality.
* Experience with DTC brands is preferred.
* Experience with AI tools is a plus.
* Experience with Meta Ads is a plus.
