About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced video editor who understands direct response advertising principles and can create engaging, high-converting ads at scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop high-volume ad content: transform raw creator footage, user-generated clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and videos that drive sales.
* Mastery of direct response techniques: craft hooks that capture attention in the first 3 seconds, deploy engagement drivers, optimize pacing for platform algorithms, and test visual approaches based on performance data.
* Post-production excellence: color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Requirements
* Fluent English communication skills.
* At least 2 years of editing experience for direct-to-consumer/e-commerce brands (beauty, health, or supplements preferred).
* A portfolio showcasing direct response ads that drove conversions.
* Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects.
* In-depth knowledge of Meta/YouTube Shorts specifications and algorithm-friendly editing patterns.
* Natural fluency with user-generated content aesthetics versus polished brand content.
* Demonstrated ability to produce 8-12 ads per week without compromising quality.
