Patent Paralegal Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Paralegal Project Manager to oversee and manage patent filing requests. This is a full-time, remote position with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a patent paralegal in either a law firm or corporate setting, with strong organizational, leadership, and management abilities. They will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of patent filings, including budgeting, scheduling, docketing, document submission, and quality assurance.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Preparing all documents required in connection with EP, PCT and foreign applications.
o Proactively initiating the preparation of responses to official communications and notifications.
o Coordinating filings of EP/international and foreign patent applications and related correspondence from filing to issuance of grant.
o Monitoring all assigned cases and proactively ensuring that all related deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a successful track record of collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Experience working with EP, PCT and foreign applications is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience implementing translation tools into existing workflows, comfort working with CAT tools (memoQ fluency a plus) and various Machine Translation engines, and ability to define processes and standards for translation and quality assurance will be highly regarded.
