Key Account Manager Role
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a dynamic and experienced professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* In charge of existing clients within the assigned territory.
* Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquiring new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Position Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
