We're looking for a passionate and proactive Digital Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and face of a fast-growing rural hospitality brand. In this fully remote role, you'll be at the heart of the guest journey — from the first inquiry to the final checkout — while also nurturing relationships with property owners. 🚀 Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and resolve guest and property owner requests across email, chat, and phone with professionalism and care
* Guide tourists through the entire booking process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
* Maintain proactive and clear communication with property owners to anticipate and address their needs
* Identify and act on upselling opportunities during client interactions to drive additional value
* Collaborate with the team to spot inefficiencies and propose meaningful improvements to customer service processes
* Represent the brand with enthusiasm and authenticity in every single interaction, acting as a true brand ambassador
✨ Requirements:
* Multichannel customer support (email, chat, and phone) – Advanced
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication – Advanced
* Problem-solving under pressure while maintaining calm and professionalism – Advanced
* Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, accessible terms – Intermediate to Advanced
* Self-organized, autonomous, and proactive work style – Advanced
* Full fluency in both **English and Italian** (spoken and written) – Advanced (both are required)
* Comfortable working independently in a startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and a team-first mindset
🌞 Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience in hospitality, property management, or proptech – Intermediate
* Familiarity with Airbnb and similar OTA platforms – Intermediate
* CRM experience, specifically Monday.com – Basic to Intermediate
* Upselling and client relationship management skills – Intermediate

* Monday.com (CRM) – a plus

* Google Workspace
* Airbnb and OTA platforms (familiarity preferred)
