About This Role:
* Assist clients in meeting their business needs by gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, and presenting them to stakeholders.
* Promote standard solutions while maximizing revenue and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop long-term relationships with clients, understand their objectives and expectations, and provide expert support and guidance.
* Contribute to the evaluation process of client business requirements, effort estimation, and guiding clients towards utilizing standard solutions.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk and participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
* Support execution of simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing.
