Salesforce Project Lead Role
This position involves leading a seasoned Salesforce professional to guide projects through the entire software development life cycle. Responsibilities include requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools. A strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development is also essential.
The successful candidate will manage offshore teams and support existing Salesforce applications. They should be able to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Key qualifications include proven experience leading Salesforce projects, expertise in Salesforce Vlocity development, and ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
In addition to these requirements, the selected candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
