Delivery Leader
We're seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of complex initiatives across agile engineering environments. This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and engineering – translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving forward. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partnering closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Supporting prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus but not required
