Customer Support Engineer
We're looking for a talented Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our API Gateway and API Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions to technical issues.
* Dive deep into complex issues, working closely with our engineering team to reproduce and resolve problems.
* Collaborate with sales, solution architecture, and field engineering teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for product improvement.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud environments.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting and dedication to finding solutions.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
