Full-Time Remote Operations Assistant

Role Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for a growing business in the construction/property management space. This is a full-time remote role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tasks within Housecall Pro, including:
* Calling and texting customers, Scheduling jobs, Creating and updating leads
* Maintain and organize operational data using Excel and Google Drive
* Support general administrative and coordination tasks
* Ensure accurate records and timely communication with customers
Requirements:
* Knowledge and experience using Housecall Pro
* High English proficiency (written and verbal)
* Background in the construction industry or property management
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive
* Reliable internet connection and equipment
Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with HandOff AI (a plus but not required)
