Account Management Role
The objective of this position is to sell products and services, develop pipelines for revenue growth, and establish relationships with existing and new customers in the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:
* LATAM Sales and Territory Development
* Achieve or exceed sales targets
* Develop opportunity and account plans to ensure revenue delivery and sustainable growth
* Establish and maintain key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts
* Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and overviews to new and existing accounts
* Participate in regional development, including accounts, relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
* Develop business cases addressing customer priorities and pain points
* Manage pipeline activity and pipeline health
* Support promotions and events in the region
* Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
* 2-4 years' sales experience in software
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communication skills
* High energy, self-motivated, and ability to learn quickly
* Able to work effectively individually and as part of a team
