Key Account Sales Manager for Animal Nutrition
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and customer satisfaction in the animal nutrition sector.
As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Implementing effective sales strategies aligned with our company vision and goals.
2. Developing and executing regional business plans to expand our market share and promote our products.
3. Maintaining strong relationships with key customers through regular visits and communication.
4. Providing exceptional customer service by coordinating with internal teams for product support and trials.
5. Managing sales expenses in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the enzyme industry, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemical or Bioengineering.
* In-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as excellent sales etiquette and ability to understand customer behavior.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a high level of enthusiasm and resilience under pressure.
