Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute detailed project plans ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high quality standards.
* Leadership & Team Management:
o Manage and lead cross-functional teams including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Project Management:
o Develop maintain and execute project plans schedules and resources.
o Ensure projects are aligned with strategic goals and objectives.
* Microsoft DevOps Project Management:
o Configure sprints backlogs and work items within Microsoft DevOps to ensure project transparency and alignment with Agile methodologies.
o Track prioritize and manage user stories and epics ensuring they are well-defined and aligned with project goals.
