Senior IT Recruitment Specialist

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will collaborate with our business development team to apply your search, technical evaluation, and negotiation skills in recruiting quality technology professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage candidates through various channels, assessing their motivations, skills, and competencies.
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluations and assessments of technology candidates.
* Promote job openings on multiple platforms and databases.
* Navigate professional networks, research candidate pools, and coordinate interviews.
* Present shortlisted candidates to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment.
* At least 3 years of direct headhunting experience for permanent and contract technology roles.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough technical evaluations and assess candidate skills.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational abilities.
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience.
* Experience working with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
