Job Description
We're looking for a skilled professional to drive the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms in LATAM markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and prioritizing the product backlog for these initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in marketing tech or CRM.
* A strong understanding of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is highly desirable.
