We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our recruitment efforts in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and client-facing skills.
 * Act as the primary point of contact between clients and RSR, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
 * Broaden relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee recruitment team performance, guaranteeing all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence team members toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
 * Prior experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Native Portuguese language proficiency.
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
