We're seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the region.
About the Role
* Foster strong relationships with key accounts, brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and execute territory plans to capture new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
* Presentation skills are essential for articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies to customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches that meet customer needs.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene practices.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA) to ensure compliance.
