This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and exploring candidates' real motivation and interest, validating their skills and competencies, and presenting quality talents in a timely manner.
The Role:
* Recruit top technology, engineering, and business resources for contract and permanent placement opportunities.
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
* Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates.
* Prepare a qualified short list of prospective candidates.
* Ccoordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to present to the client.
* VERY STRONG networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* STRONG teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
