**Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our team and support us in a strategic project.
This person will be involved in the entire RPA development cycle, starting from reviewing functional documentation, defining development complexity, providing support for solution design and architecture, developing automation, and supporting testing phases, automation deployment in production and hypercare.
They will be trained in our exclusive development framework and Hyperautomation methodology, SmartBPA, which spans from Discovery to COE implementation.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and IT professionals, to automate complex business processes while ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and secure automation solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A senior professional with experience in automation development and expertise in the Automation Anywhere 360 platform.
* A consultative approach, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A proactive attitude, with a passion for learning and growth.
* A degree in Technology, Engineering, or Administration.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in automation development with Automation Anywhere platform.
* Certifications in Automation Anywhere 360 Advanced and Master.
* Hands-on experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
* Experience in design, develop, and debug complex automation workflows and implement robust error-handling mechanisms.
* Experience in integrating GenAI, ML, and IDP into intelligent automation solutions.
* Queue management.
* Development of standardized documentation (PDD and SDD).
* Use of frameworks.
* Experience with Agile methodology, mainly using Scrum and Kanban.
* Fluent in English.
