Growth & Product Operations Manager – BitMart Card
Role Summary
Own the growth of BitMart Card by driving user acquisition, activation, and card usage through growth campaigns, lifecycle optimization, and data-driven product operations.
What you’ll do
Growth & campaign execution
* Plan and run growth campaigns (cashback, token rewards, referrals)
* Use A/B testing to improve ROI and key metrics (CAC, ARPU, churn)
* Track performance using tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics
Channel expansion
* Optimize acquisition channels for crypto debit cards (online and offline)
* Build partnerships with exchanges, wallets, and ecosystem players
* Work with marketing, sales, and global partners on co-branded campaigns
Product operations (data-driven)
* Manage daily operations of the crypto card product
* Analyze user behavior using SQL or Python
* Identify pain points and drive product improvements (e.g., KYC flow, wallet integration)
User lifecycle
* Segment users and design targeted engagement strategies
* Improve user experience with data and AI tools (e.g., chatbot support)
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years in product operations, growth, or fintech/crypto
* Strong track record in product launches and user acquisition
* Experience improving retention or engagement (e.g., +20% 30-day retention)
* Hands-on with data analysis (SQL, Python preferred)
* Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and sales
