Job Description:
CDB Desk Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. The individual will be responsible for quoting, selling, and booking CDB transactions, while working closely with TTS Sales to develop a strategic approach to the CDB Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staying abreast of market, industry, and client trends to identify opportunities
- Ensuring consistent, professional, and high-quality product delivery, coordinated with the Unit Manager
- Collaborating with Sales, Technology, Business Managers, and senior stakeholders to achieve delivery objectives
- Identifying solutions that leverage data analytics
- Delivering direct business results and providing strategic advice on product development, requiring technical expertise
- Interacting with other units to resolve product issues or provide guidance on inquiries
- Partnering with business leaders and a global user community to define and implement solutions
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, and conceptual abilities
- Proactively seeking and developing new opportunities
- Building networks and relationships internally and externally
- Comfortable performing data investigations with high accuracy and tight deadlines
- Ability to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasets
- Structuring and breaking down problems, developing solutions, and driving results
- Collaboration and clear communication with team members
- Generation of reports and presentations for management
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- CPA certification
