We are looking for independent IT recruiters who can support us on a flexible, on-demand basis by sourcing and pre-screening strong technical candidates. This role is fully remote and suited for experienced recruiters who prefer flexible collaboration alongside their existing work.
Scope of work
* Source and identify qualified IT candidates (e.G. Software Developer, BA, QA, DevOps)
* Conduct initial screening calls (motivation, communication, basic fit)
* Share structured candidate profiles and CVs with our HR team
* Coordinate early-stage communication with shortlisted candidates
* Maintain a professional candidate experience
* Our internal team handles technical interviews and final hiring decisions.
Ideal profile
* Experience in IT or tech recruitment
* Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, local networks, databases)
* Ability to quickly understand technical role requirements
* Professional communication in English
* Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
* Based in Brazil or LATAM
