About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Executive Assistant. This role will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Customer Success Senior Manager in a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
Responsibilities
* Client Onboarding: Build and optimize bio pages, coordinate with account managers, configure calendar linking systems, and ensure seamless client setup.
* Client Relationship Management: Facilitate and manage offboarding communications, execute drip message campaigns, conduct thorough account audits, and handle monthly billing follow-ups.
* Meeting Support & Documentation: Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, collaborate with account managers, and maintain organized records of client interactions.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or client support professional
* Proficiency in CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice-to-Have Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams
