We are looking for a Project Manage r to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and the internal team, ensuring expectation alignment, high‑quality delivery, and consistent communication. This professional will be responsible for leading projects end‑to‑end, ensuring that all deliverables are executed as planned while keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities • Act as the central liaison between the client and the internal team, managing day‑to‑day communication and expectations. • Own the project and all deliverables. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders. • Develop project plans and communication documents, ensuring clarity and consistency. • Estimate required resources and manage the project lifecycle using established methodologies. • Create budget proposals, update financial forecasts based on SOW numbers, and propose adjustments when needed. • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and resources, updating PSA Resource Forecasting weekly. • Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Manage scope changes proactively, identify potential crises, and build contingency plans while documenting risks, blockers, and changes. • Define success criteria and ensure alignment across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct project post‑mortems and produce recommendations highlighting successful and unsuccessful elements. • Maintain a centralized blocker tracker for the client, including due dates, owners, and impacts. • Use tools like Confluence to document meeting notes and ensure all project meetings and updates are recorded. • Build and manage risk mitigation plans and handle escalations when required. • Collaborate with QA to plan and execute project demos, ensuring all requirements are listed and completed before each sprint. • Address internal team blockers and ensure all members have access to code, documentation, and essential resources. • Send and review client status reports summarizing progress, budget updates, risks, changes, and action items. • Understand cross‑platform and cross‑project dependencies, collaborating with other Project Managers in the program. • Conduct weekly internal steerco meetings to review issues, risks, and planning alongside leadership and the Program Manager. Requirements • Direct experience in a project management role, including process development and execution. • Strong familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Basecamp, or similar platforms. • Solid working knowledge of IT technologies across a broad range of solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and operational abilities. • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment. • Hands‑on experience with project management practices and tooling to manage performance and deliverables. • Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion. • Ability to lead development and implementation teams. • Native Portuguese speaker. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. • PMP certification is a plus. • Availability for travel, including onsite client meetings — primarily in São Paulo and Belo Horizonte.
