We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee technical assistance and rural extension programs in the state of Pará.
About the Job:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic supervision and guidance for technical assistance and rural extension programs.
* Supervising engineers, specialists, and technicians in Pará to ensure project execution according to the work plan.
* Developing and implementing training plans for associated trainers and supervising capacity-building activities.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental management, engineering, sciences, or similar fields.
* At least 10 years of experience managing complex projects with technical assistance and rural extension activities.
* At least 5 years of experience working in the Amazon region.
