We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior SAP Technology Consultant to join our client's team in the enterprise technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to executing complex SAP environments, focusing on S/4HANA conversions and cloud operations, ensuring system stability and driving technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Execution of readiness checks, CVI, and SDM/SDNI processes for S/4HANA conversions and migrations.
- Perform end-to-end kernel upgrade execution and manage file distribution across instances.
- Conduct full lifecycle SUM execution, including SPDD/SPAU adjustments and troubleshooting upgrade issues.
- Install and maintain SAP add‑ons via SAP Patch Manager (SPAM) and handle Transport of Copies (TOC) for transport management.
- Analyze work processes and troubleshoot performance issues using tools like SM50/SM66 and dpmon.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Shell, Python) for upgrades, monitoring, and routine tasks.
- Act as the final escalation point for complex issues, performing root‑cause analysis and system recovery.
Requirements
- Strong practical expertise in SAP Migrations to S/4HANA and Upgrades.
- Up to 12 years of SAP Basis experience.
- Advanced English proficiency for global communication.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of HANA, NetWeaver, Linux, HA/DR, and automation/scripting (Shell, Python).
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager or Focused Run for system monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certifications (S/4HANA, HANA, Cloud).
- Experience with SAP BTP.
- Experience in Lift & Shift, Brownfield, and Greenfield migration approaches.
Technical Expertise
- High Availability setup (Unix/Windows).
- SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issues.
- Kickstart environment setup and maintenance.
- End‑to‑end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients.
- SAP version and EHP upgrades.
- Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS.
- Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM).
- Advanced English.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong documentation and MS Office skills (Project, Visio).

- Ability to manage unforeseen situations and drive value.
Additional Experience
- Production systems and data center operations.
- Server migration, patching, and upgrade experience.
