Responsible for managing the development and support team of the Salesforce platform, aligned with best practices in the market, and also performing supplier management according to schedule and budget.
🚀 What you’ll be doing:
* Participate in project meetings and new demands for analysis and pricing of demands, through the validation of the need for the project resources that will be allocated.
* Manage the systems team in the development and operational support processes, by monitoring daily and punctual processes, aiming for on-time deliveries, budget, and quality expected by the internal customer.
* Act as an intermediary/facilitator between the systems team with the other technical teams of the company and internal customers.
* Manage the suppliers of the systems from contracting, tracking deliveries, approval of invoices, through periodic meetings and daily contacts, to ensure that deliveries are being carried out with quality within the agreed scope and deadline.
* Participate in the design processes of technical solutions together with the systems team, based on research, internal documentation, and meetings with internal customers and suppliers.
* Monitoring of development and necessary parameterizations, unit/integrated tests.
* Act as a facilitator with internal clients in the approval process of projects and solutions to be implemented, through monitoring and collection of evidence, to ensure that the project is carried out according to the initial design.
* Ensure that the queue of requests and support is being handled correctly by the team, maintaining the SLA and analyzing any deviations through the call system report.
* Act as a strategic support to the team in automatic processes, aiming at quality and continuity of information.
🌟 You’re a match:
* Bachelor's in Computer Science or related fields.
* 3 to 8 years of experience as a CRM (Salesforce) Systems Manager/Lead.
* Advanced skills on the Salesforce platform (developing and programming language knowledge) are key.
* Experience leading mid-sized teams (20 people) is preferred.
* Strong project management skills.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
* Other technical skills: Agile methodologies and ITIL framework.
