We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our teams in delivering high-performing projects.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. You will develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on application/software development. This includes managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics within Microsoft DevOps. You will track and manage burndown charts and other Agile metrics to track project progress.
In addition to project management, you will perform business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering and process documentation. You will serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You will communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to clients and stakeholders.
This role requires strong collaboration with Technical Architects to ensure project designs align with business objectives and technical standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field, minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile environment, and prior hands-on development or coding experience.
