Language Requirement: Fluent/Advanced English
Mandatory Skills:
Strong JavaScript skills (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs)
* ServiceNow configuration & development (Flow Designer, forms, workflows)
* Integrations (REST APIs, IntegrationHub)
* CMDB fundamentals (CI classes, relationships, data quality concepts)
* Experience with enterprise SDLC/change management processes
Desirable Skills:
CSDM knowledge and service mapping alignment
* Discovery/Service Mapping exposure (normalization/deduplication)
* Experience with AI features (Now Assist, AI Search)
* App Engine / scoped application development
* Experience with ATF
* Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and configure ServiceNow using an OOTB-first approach
* Improve and maintain CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality
* Support CSDM alignment across service models and portfolios Build and enhance custom applications, flows, UI policies, and automations
* Develop and support integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, MID Server
* Enable and support AI features following governance and security standards Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reduce technical debt Execute QA activities (unit, functional, regression testing) and maintain test evidence
* Produce and maintain clear technical documentation
* Support platform upgrades and ensure upgrade-safe solutions
