Sales Manager Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will drive growth across the LATAM region by managing key accounts and developing country- and segment-level territory plans.
Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Foster senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors to manage key accounts.
* Business Development: Develop and implement country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Customer Engagement: Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards.
