This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Management Support Officer - REMOTE. This role serves as a vital operational partner to the leadership team, offering comprehensive administrative and organizational support. You will play a crucial part in ensuring cross-functional alignment and driving operational excellence. By facilitating smooth communication, you will help accelerate the transformation agenda, allowing leaders to focus on strategic decision-making and high-impact results. Your contribution will be essential in shaping the future of our partner's operations.

Accountabilities
* Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for management meetings to ensure focused discussions and efficient decision-making.
* Manage the Centre of Excellence and coordinate logistics for visitor management and cross-functional team events.
* Coordinate projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration among various teams.
* Oversee marketing budget management, process invoices, and support cost control activities.
* Execute contract management and purchase requests, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
* Serve as the first point of contact for system-related inquiries and provide user support.
* Coordinate calendars and travel arrangements for senior leaders, optimizing their time and priorities.
* Maintain compliance with internal policies and assist with audits or governance requests.
* Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support leadership objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of relevant experience.
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, adept in preparing clear briefings and reports.
* Customer-focused with a proactive approach to anticipating stakeholder needs.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Experience with AI tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
* Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent in Dutch and English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
* Resourceful and innovative in improving processes and supporting leadership.

* Gross monthly salary between €3761 and €4701 based on experience and education.
