ABOUT THE CHALLENGE We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with fluent English and a proven track record in international sales to lead our expansion into global markets. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise accounts across strategic sectors, operating with autonomy and expertise in complex negotiations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prospect and qualify leads in international markets, focusing on B2B companies and technology departments; • Conduct technical demos and value presentations to C-level executives and key stakeholders • Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Collaborate with product, customer success, and operations teams to ensure successful implementations • Develop personalized sales strategies for key market segments REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Fluent English (conversational and executive-level written communication) • Experience in international B2B sales • Proven experience in SaaS, preferably in technology solutions, AI, or Enterprise Software • Ability to work independently with a results-driven focus • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Knowledge of international market dynamics and cultural sensitivity COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES • Experience as an expatriate or working history across multiple countries • Experience selling AI platforms • Track record of closing high-value deals • Prior knowledge of the SaaS ecosystem (pipeline, contracting, metrics) • Established network in key markets (USA, Europe) • Background in high-growth startups or scale-up
