The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying, engaging, and presenting quality talents to clients
* Conducting in-depth technical evaluations and assessments
* Participating in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments
* Creating job descriptions and posting jobs on various job sites and databases
* Researching, sourcing, and screening candidates
Requirements:
