As a Business Technical Service Analyst, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and expectations, and develop technical specifications that meet their needs.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will participate in evaluating client business requirements, estimating effort, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
You will also be responsible for converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications, and presenting them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off. Additionally, you will assist with documents and maintenance to clients' system environments, keeping records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation for review and feedback.
This position involves participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects. You will ensure that code releases do not negatively impact client operations, and take part in executing simple project/development work plans, revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field;
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development;
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs;
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation;
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
