We are seeking a Key Account Manager with experience in the travel industry to build and maintain relationships with clients, drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client relationships within designated territories.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
* Identify and acquire new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills for building long-term commercial relationships.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Knowledge of B2B business models and commercial principles.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
