Business Technical Services Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and expectations, and provide support and guidance on all aspects of services and support for assigned relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
* Evaluate client business requirements and guide them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Convert client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with document maintenance to clients' system environments by keeping records of client functionality, environment, and client specific documentation.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance and Project as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
* Execute simple project/development work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant experience or degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development;
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs .
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening and writing.
