This role contributes to innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring packaging solutions meet quality, regulatory, and consumer expectations. The Packaging Engineer operates with autonomy, collaborates across global and regional teams, and applies technical expertise to deliver impactful packaging results.Responsible for the development of LATAM Essential Health (EH) packaging, aligned to regional and global segment strategies for superior consumer experience. Executes packaging projects with autonomy, applying the Kenvue Packaging Development Process to ensure quality and timely delivery. Accountable for the creation and maintenance of robust, accurate, and compliant specifications for primary and secondary packaging components. Conducts packaging testing, compiles and analyzes data, identifies root causes, and generates technical reports to support decision-making. Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities independently, ensuring flawless execution in a dynamic environment. Collaborates with Global Packaging teams in innovation, sustainability, experience, value realization, and supplier excellence to support platform development and supplier selection. Partners with the Global Packaging Sustainability team to embed sustainability guidelines into packaging specifications that support Kenvue's environmental commitments. Supports new package development based on consumer insights, delivering targeted benefits and claims while meeting cost and performance targets. Monitors and applies relevant packaging trends, technologies, and innovations to enhance packaging performance and consumer experience.
