Responsibilities
Lead all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients.
Develop and grow our markets, exploring new channels and market opportunities.
Write compelling copy and craft newsletters, optimizing flows and building smart automations.
Own our digital advertising efforts: plan and run campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and monitor performance.
Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations.
Collaborate directly with me and teammates worldwide, working remotely with only 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week.
Test, learn, and scale initiatives across cities and destinations, from small pilots to full‑scale rollouts.
Research new tech, trends, and tools to keep our marketing running smoothly.
Qualifications
Entry‑level marketing experience (or equivalent effort and drive).
Strong analytical and structured mindset with a creative eye for copy.
Experience with email marketing, automation, and data analysis.
Experience running paid media campaigns on Meta and Google.
Strong execution skills—got to deliver results and move the needle.
Fast mover, collaborator, and driven to grow both self and business.
Enjoy remote work, minimal internal meetings, and a focus on deep work.
Benefits & Compensation
USD 1,400 per month.
25 hours of work per week.
Contract via Upwork.
Remote position with minimal internal meetings (2–3 hours per week).
