Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environments
2. Strong network and knowledge of the HR/Recruiting industry
3. Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
4. Proactive, solution-oriented mentality, and exceptional analytical skills
5. Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
6. Capable of identifying business opportunities and market gaps
7. Ambition to grow with the company long-term and expand our client base
