* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted sales campaigns.
* Negotiate and close high value contracts with potential clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Compensation
Monthly + commission per contract gained
Requisitos e Qualificações
* Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the IT, data center, or technology services industry.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience managing and scaling a sales team.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze market trends and develop data driven sales strategies.
* Strong understanding of data center services, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.
* Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
