Lead Consultant – Hybrid - Argentina Location: Hybrid – Argentina? We're looking for a Lead Consultant to join their expert implementation team.As a Lead Consultant, you'll collaborate closely with the client's Product Owner/SME, turning business needs into successful, real-world SAP or Workforce Management solutions.
You will guide blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live phases, ensuring top-tier delivery across every stage.Key Responsibilities: Implement the client's solution according to specifications? Lead blueprinting workshops and define user storiesDesign and document business requirements and technical specificationsSupport data cleansing, mapping, and conversionAssist during UAT, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live activitiesOwn and resolve gaps/issues with other teams or streamsPerform QA reviews on blueprints and configurations? Identify and manage risks at the project levelParticipate in team forums and knowledge-sharing sessionsReport progress and risks to the Project Manager or Agile Team LeadRequirements:Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent? Configuration experience with SAP Payroll or Kronos/Workforce ManagerKnowledge of at least two SAP functional areasStrong functional and blueprinting skills? Willingness to travel 10–25%Preferred Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience leading Multi-Country HR/Payroll implementationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong client-facing and consulting skillsAnalytical and systematic problem-solving abilitiesSolid knowledge of implementation methodologies? Strong prioritization and time management skillsExperience leading teams of consultantsExpertise in SAP Payroll, HR, Time Management, or PortalsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and VisioClient-focused mindset with understanding of HR/Payroll business processes in SAP/Kronos/WFMBenefits: Hybrid work model in Argentina?
