About the Account Manager Role
The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Prometheus Group products and services to new and existing customers, as well as developing a pipeline to achieve or exceed quota targets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Developing effective opportunity plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
* Participating in the development of the assigned region, including account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
* Supporting company promotions and events in the assigned region.
* Maintaining accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.
Sales Territory Development
The Account Manager will be responsible for finding and nurturing opportunities for company solutions through cold calling and following up with leads. They will work in coordination with Account Executives to target high-value prospects in assigned territories, generate sufficient new opportunities per month, and articulate business value to prospects.
Requirements and Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* 2-4 years' sales experience within software.
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator.
* High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients.
