About the Role
The primary function of this position is to manage customer inquiries, develop account plans, and identify new opportunities for growth.
You will drive sales growth by managing customer relationships, developing strategic plans, and executing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, foster business expansion, and maintain retention and loyalty.
* Meet or exceed sales targets on ancillary transactions.
* Collaborate with Sales Managers to coordinate efforts and strategies that drive customer satisfaction, foster business growth, and enhance retention and loyalty.
* Develop, maintain, and implement sales and business development plans for assigned accounts in collaboration with Sales Manager, Product Marketing, and Application teams.
* Act as the first point of contact for all customer requests and inquiries related to sales and administrative matters, received through webforms and phone lines.
* Manage cases, communicate with customers throughout their request, and ensure follow-up and proper documentation in the ticketing system.
* Understand customer needs and requirements to request accurate quotes via Salesforce/e-store and coordinate sales proposal preparation and presentation.
* Maintain CRM data integrity by updating opportunities, contacts, accounts, and sales visit reports continuously.
* Maintain installed base growth, optimize service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
* Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our company's offerings.
* Contribute to maintaining and developing the opportunity pipeline according to our Sales process.
* Monitor certain websites to identify RFPs and coordinate responses.
* Identify and execute campaigns with the marketing team.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through overall account management.
* Monitor and contact leads in the territory in a timely manner and propose actions to meet sales targets.
* Perform after-sales routine calls within 30 days (strategic and transactional sales, follow-up, customer success, upselling).
* Work with finance to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
* Push fast-track pre-approved products orders in ERP.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals with expertise in B2B sales of complex technological products, long sales cycles, proficiency in CRM tools, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* University degree or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in English; Spanish is required.
* Portuguese and French are assets.
* Non-destructive testing expertise is an advantage.
