Role Overview
We seek experienced professionals from the LATAM region across multiple technology domains. As an interviewer, you'll leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
This is a freelance, remote role with a per-interview payment structure and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct structured technical interviews online across various technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, unbiased, and detailed assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
* Collaborate with the team to continuously improve interview frameworks.
Specialized Roles:
* Machine Learning / AI Engineers (NLP, CV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
* Data Engineers (Big Data, Spark, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, Cloud Data Platforms)
* Cloud Engineers / Architects (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
* Mobile Developers (Android – Java/Kotlin, iOS – Swift/Objective-C, React Native, Flutter)
* DevOps / SRE Engineers (CI/CD, Cloud, Monitoring, Automation)
* Cybersecurity Engineers (Network Security, IAM, Application Security)
* QA Automation Engineers (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, API Testing, Performance Testing)

Basic Qualifications:
* Must be based in LATAM
* 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in your chosen domain.
* Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns.
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.
