Job Description:

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business results and creating an exceptional member experience. They are responsible for ensuring seamless operations, maximizing revenue, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

">
* Manage daily, monthly, and yearly financial performance of the club while driving revenue and controlling expenses
* Oversee Fitness Managers and Fitness Classes to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
* Collaborate with personal training department to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
* Ensure ancillary departments achieve or exceed revenue targets by providing guidance and direction
* Prepare the club's success plan on a daily basis and effectively communicate it to the team
* Lead by example and hold employees accountable to company standards
* Work closely with corporate teams to hire sales and training staff at the club
* Meet regularly with underperforming staff to provide coaching and develop improvement plans
* Conduct monthly reviews of employees and personally conduct or appoint staff members to walk through the club hourly to ensure equipment, locker rooms, and facility maintenance meet standards

Requirements:

">

To be successful as an Operations Manager, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

">
* Proven track record of success in sales and operations management
* Minimum 2 years' experience in the fitness industry, with a focus on sales and revenue generation
* Strong communication, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
* Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications related to sales and operations management
* Ability to work at least 48 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to business needs
