As a Packaging Category Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our Purchasing area forward, partnering with business areas to offer expertise and contribute to understanding and defining our needs.
The Role:
* Reporting to the Global Procurement Director, you will support activities focused on LATAM and drive cross-functional initiatives.
* You will be responsible for categories in packaging, labels, tapes, and other chemical products from strategy definition to execution.
* You will manage relationships with suppliers, focusing on quality, delivery, sustainability, risk management, and innovation.
* You will work with Product Line Purchasing and Business Area Purchasing to build and deploy a category strategy that aligns all requirements.
* You will manage relationships with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders in Latin America.
Your Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
* Progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or equivalent.
* Ability to work with key stakeholders globally and target-oriented.
* Ability to manage large data sets and convert them into actionable information.
Work Environment:
You will be based at our Curitiba administrative office, designed for efficient, connected, and flexible collaboration between our support teams.
