We are seeking a professional to support delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities, focusing on consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and collaborative account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Success & Engagement:

o Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions for users.
o Provide guidance to help customers realize the full value of solutions.
o Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
* Business Development:
*
o Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
o Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
o Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
* Strategic Communication:
*
o Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of solutions.
o Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events.
o Represent at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
* Reporting & Documentation:
*
o Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
o Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in a science-related field (preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and business development.
* English fluency (written and spoken); Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
* A dynamic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
