About Web Development Role
Magentrix is a cloud-based platform offering two main services: partner management and customer engagement, as well as knowledge management solutions.
* Partner Management (PRM): enables partners to onboard, engage, share leads, manage opportunities, and close deals faster.
* Customer Management Solutions include Operations, Support, and LMS & Knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities
1. We are looking for an expert to design, build, and implement elegant web-based business solutions.
2. Contribute to fast-paced client projects and product initiatives as part of our Professional Services team.
3. Collaborate closely with Senior Developers to write Statements of Work implementation notes.
4. Work closely with Project Managers to understand client needs and technical requirements.
5. Participate in code reviews conducted by the Technical Team Lead.
6. Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and extensible code integrating APIs and web services.
7. Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and resolve defects in an Agile environment.
