Head of Operational Excellence, LatAm External Fulfillment

Come make history in Amazon LatAm Marketplace team We are hiring this position to drive sellers' operational excellence in External Fulfillment (EF) programs for BR and MX, supporting the growth of the 3P business in the region and guaranteeing long-term success for sellers and for Amazon.
We are looking for a talented Head of EF Operational Excellence to lead a high-performance team of managers in BR/MX who ensure high seller operations' standards through the implementation and revision of processes/mechanisms and automation for continuous improvement. This role has strong relationships with Operations, Transportation, Legal, Sales and Seller Support teams in an entrepreneurial environment, and the candidate should be energized by complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities. The right candidate will act fast, while influencing partner teams and working harmoniously with all stakeholders. The candidate has to advocate for what is best for sellers/customers and have ownership combined with analytical skills to make sure to fix root causes. As this position is for a manager of managers, it is also key to have demonstrated people management/development skills.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of team management experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese (verbally and writing)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA
- Spanish (Fluent/Advanced)
